Coming To Our Practice?

If it becomes necessary to cancel your appointment, please call and notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Payment is due at the time of your service. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.

We are conveniently located off of Central Avenue next to Wentworth-Douglass Hospital.  Enter the main entrance for Wentworth-Douglass Hospital at the light on Central Avenue.  Take the first right onto 15 Old Rollinsford Road.  We are located on the main floor of the Dover Professional Center.  Our suite entrance is next to the elevator in the main lobby.
